Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Kelsa, including the Kelsa Chrome extension, website, and related services. By installing, accessing, or using Kelsa, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Kelsa.

What Kelsa does

Kelsa helps you manage a manual growth workflow for X/Twitter. You can draft tweets, save tweets to reply to later, save people from profiles and hover cards, add private notes, organize custom lists, export or import backups, and track daily tweet and reply goals from a Chrome side panel.

Kelsa does not auto-post, auto-reply, auto-like, auto-follow, send automated messages, or use the Twitter/X API.

Your account

Kelsa may require email-based sign-in to start a trial, check access, restore paid access, or use paid features. You are responsible for using an email address you control and for keeping your browser and account access secure.

You agree not to share access in a way that abuses, disrupts, or circumvents Kelsa access controls.

Trial and paid access

Kelsa may offer a free trial. During the trial, you can use supported write features such as saving drafts, saved tweets, people, notes, lists, and goals.

When a trial ends, Kelsa may let you continue viewing existing local data while limiting creation of new data until you upgrade. Paid access restores supported write features for the applicable access period.

Pricing, billing intervals, and access periods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Kelsa does not store full credit card numbers.

Refunds and cancellations

If you have a billing or access issue, email hello@labproto.com. Refunds, cancellations, and renewal handling may depend on the payment provider, applicable law, and the details shown at checkout.

Your content and data

You keep ownership of the drafts, notes, lists, saved tweets, saved people, and other content you create or save in Kelsa. You give Kelsa permission to store, display, process, and transmit this information only as needed to provide and operate the service.

You are responsible for the content you save, write, copy, publish, or use outside Kelsa.

Backups and local storage

Most Kelsa workspace data is stored locally in Chrome extension storage. You are responsible for maintaining backups if the data is important to you. Kelsa provides export and import tools to help you back up and restore your data.

Browser resets, extension removal, profile changes, manual imports, or local storage clearing may affect local data.

Your responsibility on X/Twitter

You are responsible for how you use X/Twitter and for following the rules, terms, and policies of X/Twitter, Chrome, and any other platform you use with Kelsa.

Kelsa is designed for manual organization and thoughtful engagement. You agree not to use Kelsa for spam, harassment, impersonation, platform abuse, illegal activity, or attempts to bypass platform limits or rules.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Kelsa to violate laws, third-party rights, or platform rules.
• Reverse engineer, tamper with, or attempt to bypass Kelsa access controls.
• Interfere with Kelsa infrastructure, security, or availability.
• Use Kelsa to collect sensitive information about others without permission.
• Misrepresent Kelsa as being affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by X/Twitter.

No affiliation with X/Twitter

Kelsa is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by X Corp., Twitter, or their affiliates.

No guarantee of results

Kelsa is a growth workflow tool. It can help you stay organized and consistent, but it does not guarantee audience growth, engagement, revenue, sales, replies, followers, or any particular outcome.

Service changes

Kelsa may change over time as features are added, removed, improved, or adjusted for security, platform changes, billing needs, or product direction. We may also suspend or discontinue parts of the service.

Disclaimers

Kelsa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kelsa and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, or platform account issues arising from your use of Kelsa.

Termination

You may stop using Kelsa at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for Kelsa or others, abused the service, or used the product in a harmful or unlawful way.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Kelsa changes. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and publish the new version on this page. Continued use of Kelsa after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
